Cajun Shrimp Pasta

Spicy Cajun Delight: Creamy Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:

- 8 oz linguine

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning until well-coated.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.

5. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the cooked linguine and toss until well-coated in the creamy sauce.

7. Finally, add the cooked Cajun shrimp back to the skillet, heating through for an additional 2 minutes.

8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
