Rules + ✨How i did today✨

💦 75oz of water - crushed it thanks to my 46oz cup

👣 7,000 steps - only hit 5,100 😩 however, it’s still an improvement from my normal day to day 🤘🏻

🥙 Practice portion control - yess! had egg salad with wheat toast with my coffee, i had some pizza for lunch but ate 1/3 of what i would have normally eaten, parfait for a snack attack finished the day with grilled chicken and couscous 🤤

💪🏻 workout 3x a week - took a mile walk with my boo 😘

🧴 Daily skincare - washed my sweaty face and made sure to rehydrate it 🙌🏻

📚 Read for 30 minutes a day - about to curl up and turn my screen off and read before bed!

🥤 No soda - crushed it 🤙🏻 only water and coffee for this gal

🍹 Alcohol only on social occasions- ✔️

🎨 Be creative 1x a week - welllll it’s only Monday 😂
