Getting Back On Track
I lost 15lbs at the beginning of the year and gain some back during my 2 week trip to Europe. Fortunately, we did a LOT of walking in Europe so I only gained back about 7 lbs but the goal is to lose 25lbs total by the end of the year. So, these are the things I’m doing to get back on track. #journ
