Eggy Bread Fingers For Toddlers
Soft, golden Eggy Bread Fingers made with wholemeal bread, egg and milk. Perfect finger food for little hands at Lunch.

Ingredients
* 2 slices wholemeal bread
* 1 egg
* 50ml milk
Method
1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until smooth.
2. Dip each slice of wholemeal bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides well.
3. Heat a non stick frying pan over medium heat. Place the soaked bread in the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden and set.
4. Remove from the pan, let cool slightly, then cut into fingers. Serve warm, making sure they are cool enough for your toddler.
