-Yogurt 1 small jar (100g)
- Fresh, tasteless milk 100ml
- Sweetener instead of sugar. - Hands.
Toasting 🍓🫐
- Strawberry.
- Blueberry.
- Honey.
How to do
Add the oats, whey protein, mix well, then yogate with fresh milk and sweetener, mix well, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
When you eat, add the toast as you like and pour honey on it (you can add jam or peanut butter as you like).
