· Soy sauce... 6g (1 teaspoon)

・ Tomato (1cm cubes): 100g

・ Lettuce... 2 pieces

・ Shredded cheese... 20g

· Tortilla chips... 6 sheets (favorite snack bar ◎)

・ Rice: 2 servings

How to make it

① Put oil, garlic and minced pork in a frying pan, add salt and pepper and fry. When it is about 80% cooked, add onion and fry until tender.

② Add ketchup, Worcestershire, curry powder, sugar and soy sauce, stir-fry and cook.

③ Put rice in a bowl, put lettuce, tomato, ②, cheese, sprinkle crushed chips and complete!
