150g pork belly
2 eggplants (200g)
180 g radish
Sesame oil tablespoon 1 (12g)
80 g water
Ponzu tablespoon 2 (30g)
Mizuna 30g
How to make it
Cut the pork belly and mizuna into bite-sized pieces.
Grate the daikon radish and drain it lightly. Cut the eggplant diagonally and cut it into bite-sized pieces. (Randomly cut is also OK). Put it in a frying pan and mix with sesame oil.
2 Heat the eggplant with the skin facing down first, then turn it over and bake it when it becomes bright.When the surface is cooked, add pork belly and spread it, add water and ponzu sauce, boil and cook.
3 Finally, add grated daikon radish and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
