Devil wants you weak. Just one word. No…
In daily life, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and drained, which is exactly when negative forces like the devil aim to make us weak and tired. Saying just one word — "No" — can be a powerful act of resistance. From my own experience, when I intentionally reject unhealthy thoughts and temptations with a firm "No," I regain control over my energy and focus. Taking care of your body is essential in this spiritual battle. Drinking enough water throughout the day helps flush toxins and keeps your mind clear. Eating nutritious food strengthens your physical vessel, making you less vulnerable to fatigue. Incorporating even simple physical activity, such as walking or stretching, moves your blood and boosts your overall vitality. More importantly, turning to prayer and calling on God for help provides spiritual protection and reassurance. Many times, I’ve felt the weight of exhaustion lift when I sought divine strength instead of relying solely on my own willpower. This combined approach — physical self-care paired with spiritual connection — empowers you to stand firm against the devil’s attempts to weaken you. Remember, the devil is a liar trying to convince you that you are powerless. But with just one word — No — and the right lifestyle habits, you can keep your mind and body strong, and keep negative influences at bay.
