From my own experience, having only one bathroom in a shared living situation or when considering dating someone can be surprisingly stressful. One of the most relatable challenges is the morning rush when everyone needs to get ready at the same time — it often feels like a never-ending line for the bathroom. This can create tension and impact the flow of daily routines. When you're single and considering dating, I’ve found that bathroom accessibility really reflects more than just convenience: it’s about respect for personal space and the rhythm of daily life. Sharing one bathroom with multiple people or even just a partner means adjusting schedules, compromising on privacy, and sometimes dealing with awkward or uncomfortable moments. These little daily stressors can add up, affecting the overall comfort and happiness in a relationship. It’s why many, including myself, find it a non-negotiable to have more than one bathroom — it sets a foundation for smoother mornings, less pressure, and more harmony. Ultimately, choosing a partner whose living situation suits your lifestyle can be crucial. Having a comfortable space, including bathroom availability, helps maintain balance and reduces potential friction points in relationships and daily life.
