I’m really bad at actually recording when ppl are around but this hospital trip really did something in me and this morning I just did not care and you know what? It worked. Who cares if it’s only 10 likes. I’m doing something that makes me happy, I’m taking care of myself and that’s what matters! Still have to buy some things to make sure my skin doesn’t hate me! If you read this far drop a comment of your favorite thing to do on Sunday.
Mine is church ⛪️
Taking time for self-care, especially after a challenging hospital trip, can truly transform your mindset and overall well-being. I realized that recording moments or sharing them publicly doesn't need to be for likes or approval; it’s about being authentic and prioritizing what feels good to you. For me, a big part of self-care revolves around maintaining healthy skin. I’ve started using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, which is great for normal to dry skin. It hydrates while cleansing, thanks to ingredients like glycerin and vitamins B3 and B5, which help soothe and replenish moisture. Sensitive skin can really benefit from such gentle products, and switching to this cleanser has made a noticeable difference. Another important lesson I’ve learned is letting go of products that no longer serve your skin's health. After noticing improvements, I stopped using my special cream, which was a relief and spare my skin from unnecessary products. Beyond skin care, self-care means different things to everyone. For me, Sundays are special because I attend church ⛪️. It’s a time to reflect, recharge, and connect with community. What’s your favorite thing to do on a Sunday? Whether it’s reading, hiking, or just relaxing, taking that time is essential for mental and emotional health. In the end, it’s about embracing what makes us happy, even if it’s not perfectly polished or popular online. The key to self-care is listening to yourself, prioritizing your needs, and allowing yourself to grow naturally. Remember, small daily rituals can form the foundation of long-term happiness and health.
