For me, a big part of self-care revolves around maintaining healthy skin. I’ve started using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, which is great for normal to dry skin. It hydrates while cleansing, thanks to ingredients like glycerin and vitamins B3 and B5, which help soothe and replenish moisture. Sensitive skin can really benefit from such gentle products, and switching to this cleanser has made a noticeable difference. Another important lesson I’ve learned is letting go of products that no longer serve your skin's health. After noticing improvements, I stopped using my special cream, which was a relief and spare my skin from unnecessary products. Beyond skin care, self-care means different things to everyone.
