Yes I set my rack pulls at just above the knee. No I’m not using them as full posterior chain development. Just heavy lat stimulus. Also damn they feel good. 🫠

There’s a ton of variations to tempo. On my first set of rows, I was working the muscle with a heavy weight and tempo to support this. While in my second, I’m using a lighter weight and focusing on squeezing muscles in the middle back. #gym #fitness #workouts
