This root is a superstar for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. If you're feeling a bit run down or experiencing any muscle soreness, ginger can be incredibly soothing. It's also fantastic for digestion and can help settle an upset stomach. When we 'peel and cut ginger chop into small pieces' for our shots, we're unlocking all those amazing compounds that contribute to its healing power. Then we have lemon.
