Chicken Pot Pie

I was struggling figuring out what to do with my last bit of chicken breast so I went to tiktok and found this One pot chicken pot pie! So it kind of made it two pots but that’s totally fine with me!

Ingredients:

- Diced onion and celery mix

- minced garlic

- Chicken Bone Broth

- Heavy Cream

- Egg noodles

- Chicken (you can absolutely use rotisserie chicken)

- Frozen veggies

- Any seasonings you like

So to start I put about 2-3 tablespoons of butter into a pan and then put the onion and celery mix in with a decent amount of minced garlic. I mixed them together until fragrant. Once they were I added an entire box of the chicken bone broth (regular chicken broth is fine I just wanted the extra protein from the bone broth). I then added in an entire bag of egg noodles and mixed that slightly and then let it simmer with a lid on top.

I then cooked my chicken just normal in a pan seasoned with paprika, adoba, and garlic powder. Once that was done I pulled it apart with a fork. Then I added in some frozen veggies, I only had frozen corn, carrots and green beans but I would recommend the packet that comes with the corn, carrots, and peas.

Then let that continue to simmer until the sauce thickened. You can also add anymore seasonings you think it might need! I could have let it thicken some more but I was just so hungry I couldn’t wait! It was so good!
