Our favorite weekend breakfast !

Ingredients:

Eggs 🥚

Potatoes (can use tater tots too) 🥔

Cheese - we like cheddar and I prefer to freshly grate 🧀

Bacon 🥓

Sausage 🐖

Avocado 🥑

Could also add a hot sauce of choice, or a chipotle sauce would be good too! 🌶️

Steps:

Start by cooking bacon in the oven (to your preferred liking)

Cook potatoes according to package- we add a little butter and drizzle of olive oil to help give a little crispy- ness

Brown sausage

Cook scrambled eggs - season to liking - melt some cheese in the eggs

Mix/combine potatoes and sausage into the cooked eggs

Warm tortilla to help with folding

Assemble

Grill wrapped burrito
