[Ingredients: 2 servings]
2 eggplants
Pork top... 150g
Salt and pepper... a little
Potato starch... a little
Small green onion
White sesame... appropriate amount
Sauce: 2 servings
Ponzu... tablespoon 2
Soy sauce... 1 spoon spoon
Sesame oil... 1 / 2 spoon spoon
Sugar... 1 teaspoon
Ginger tube... 1-2cm
[How to make frozen stock]
① Eggplant takes the calyx.
