LET'S REACH OUR FITNESS GOALS TOGETHER

I have been on my fitness journey for almost a year now. I have made great strides thus far but still have a long way to go.

I started sharing my journey once I got to a place I felt comfortable with in my journey.

Years ago, I was a fitness coach, but I was RIPPED! This was pre kid, pre Rheumatoid Athritis, pre depression, and alcohol abuse, though!

I didn't have to fight for my life then. After my RA diagnosis and having my daughter, I spiraled and fell off so badly. I left my clients to have to find someone else to trust with their fitness goals. I beat myself up about it for years.

Now that I am in an overall better place, I want to get back to that girl I was before life did it's big one on me. I just refuse to wait until I look a certain way to do it.

I want to inspire others to JUST start. I am nowhere near my fitness goals, BUT I have always loved to motivate and inspire others to put their physical and mental health first. I have to practice what I preach, and sharing my journey will definitely help others where they are right now!

What can you expect from me this year?

Beginner and joint friendly (low impact) home workouts! I am not a beginner. However, I do have an autoimmune disorder that limits my mobility, which is very similar to a person just starting out who may be bigger or weaker than a lot of fitness influencers

We need a safe place where it's okay if you can't run full speed on an incline or do a million burpees.

You can also expect full transparency! I want to show you that no matter what obstacles you face, you can reach your goals!!!

I hope to motivate and inspire others to not be ashamed of where they start but to focus on where they are going.
