FIGHTING THROUGH THE PAIN
So I know I have a lot of new followers (THANKS FOR BEING HERE)
I post home workouts to motivate and inspire others who don't really know what to do at home. I love working out because it helps my mental health.
When I tell you this was the hardest workout thus far....not because of the actual workout but because today I am really struggling mentally. I won't go into details just yet but just know it was a fight to even get out of bed this morning but I showed up not only for myself but for the 1 or 2 people who look forward to my workouts.
I share this to say don't let life knock you off your game because life will certainly try it's best. I ask you to always show up for yourself but even more importantly tell your people you love them today and often. You never know when it will be your last time. Love you guys! ❤️
