ONLY HAVE RESISTANCE BANDS???

If you only have resistance bands at home, you can definitely get a good back workout in.

The key is to make sure you are pulling the bands outwards during your reps!

I love resistance bands because they can be lower impact on joints!

I used the light, medium, and heavy bands during this workout and did high reps with the light and medium bands!
