These are some the most popular dumbbell and barbell moves for legs. You can use a kettlebell too! Kettlebells are pretty versatile and I got this 50 pound one for a good deal and couldn't wait to use it!

I also have a 15 pound kettlebell so I used the 15 pound for 2 sets of 12 and the 50 pound one till failure ..and btw I got 6 reps on that first goblet squat 😆 🤣
