GOT HIP DIPS ??

I have a love/dislike relationship with resistance bands but I will say you can always get a good FULL LEG WORKOUT with them!

This workout puts extra attention on those hip dips and inner thighs!!

I did 4 sets till failure !

This resistance band was from Temu but they are pretty accessible just make sure to get thicker ones especially if you have bigger thighs because the small ones roll up a lot !
