LEG DAY WITH A SIDE OF MOTIVATION

I really can't stress how much this workout almost didn't get done. My allergies were cutting A FOOL this morning and I felt drained. I even laid back down for a brief second and almost said I'm just gonna go back to sleep for a little bit.

The disciplined me set in shortly after like go head and get up for me...we are better than this. So I did...and I'm glad I did.

Trust me when I say I am not motivated every day. This is discipline. I know what my goals are and the days that I don't want to JUST DO IT...are the days that matter even more.

So even when you don't feel like it...show up for yourself. It's hard but your mind is stronger than you think 😉
