*LEG AND GLUTES AT HOME*

So for this workout I did 4 sets till failure increasing the weight by 5 pounds each set. (I did 4 sets with 10, 15, 20, and 25 until failure for each set)

I hope that makes sense 😆 🤣

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you cannot go to a higher weight without messing up your form just do more sets till failure with the lower weight.

I had nothing else to give at the end of this workout just a heads up 😆 🤣 and PLEASEEEE stretch afterwards
