When the back is big...in a good way 😉

Tried to do a little flex lmaoo

Anywho I used 5,10,15, and 20 pound dumbbells for this workout. I did 3 sets till failure with each weight (until it was too heavy and messed up my form).

Also, the adjustable weight bench is from Reebok ! Definitely one of my favorite add ons to my "home gym" better know as my living room.
