I did 4 sets of 12 for this workout and used 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells. The resistance band is not needed but is ALWAYS a great add on for LEG day.
Just a note, slow and steady wins the race. Don't rush through these exercises because you will injure yourself...especially on these heavy weight days.
Form is the number one priority!
