BACK BURNERRR 🔥 🔥

This back workout was a challenge. I'm sure it's part of me just being sore from a week of progressive overload...so I skipped the progressive overload for today so I can make sure I could have proper form to prevent injury.

When I tell you the dumbbells ranged all the way from 5-25 lol it's funny to me that I can lift 25 pound dumbells for one exercise and struggle with 5 pounds for another 😅

I will say if you are a beginner, 5 pounds is just fine because I feel it with some of these moves. I did do 4 rounds of 8-10 depending on the move and the weight!
