FULL BODY..NOT FRIDAY

I know we usually do this on Friday buuuut it's Halloween and I'm sure I'll be out later than normal so in the event of a sleep in type of morning I didn't want to leave ya'll hanging 🙃

This is a great low impact cardio workout as well for those of you that don't know what to do for cardio at home.

I used 10, 15, and 20 pound dumbells for this workout and did 4 sets for a minute each!

Do I think leg day yesterday and this workout today was a good idea before going trick or treating ?

ABSOLUTELY NOT 😆 🤣
