Last Workout of the week???

FULL BODY WEDNESDAY!

I went ahead and knocked out my full body day just in case I get too much into the holiday spirit and miss a few days 🙃 😩 😆

This one is a burnerrrr especially the last one hence the clip at the end !

I used pretty much 5-20 pound dumbbells and did 4 sets of 10-12 for everything.

Go ahead and knock this one out too just in case the big back activities take over for the rest of the week.

The goal is to still get it in but I won't be home so idk if recording will be ideal but if I can I will! If not, I hope everyone has an AMAZING Thanksgiving and I'll tap back in on Monday 😘 💕
