Hate to leave ya'll hanging BUT
HEY YA'LL! HAPPY FRIDAY!
So yesterday I didn't hit any weights I just did some yoga...I used to be a person who would push pass my limits and it never works out in the long run now that I'm very in tune with my body I listen before it shuts down so sorry to leave ya'll hanging!
I did record my Yoga session but it takes forever to edit so just give me a day or 2 🤣
I have been on go so much these past two weeks and getting up even earlier for Elf behavior so honestly I think my body is just tired so I took the weights easy today...I just used 5, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells and did 3 sets of 10-12 for everything.
Just wanted to mention that rest and quality sleep is just as important as the workout so if your body is telling you to rest you better listen or it will do it for you in the worst way.
