I am very happy to see my abs...they like to play peekaboo so they might be gone tomorrow lol

I do struggle with stomach issues and bloating but working towards a gut health regimen to help and as soon as I figure it out I am definitely going to share so stay tuned for that!

In the meantime, these are some of my regular rotation core workouts that have been helping.

I used ankle weights and 5 pound dumbells but you don't HAVE to have them for this workout. 4 sets of 12-15 for everything!
