MY LEGS WERE ON 🔥 🔥

You know the leg day is intense when you start talking to the NOBODY in the room 😆 my legs were shaking about halfway through this workout but it's HEAVY on the glute work so tap in!

So basically for the single leg workouts I used 15 pound dumbbells and did 3 sets of 8-10 and for the hip thrusts and squats I used a 30 pound dumbell and did 4 sets till failure.

Chileeee make sure you stretch when you are done..this one was intense !
