This workout targets your lower abs to help lift and tone that annoying 🍑 fupa !
I did use 5 pound dumbells for this workout but they are definitely not required which makes this extra home friendly. You can also add ankle weights if you have them.
I did 4 sets till failure for everything and when I say till failure I mean my body literally would not go anymore. This took me about 15 minutes also so it's a good one to get in and get out!
It's getting warmer and my summer stomach ain't loaded yet so don't be surprised if you see my core workouts cuz I'm STRESSED 🙃
