GOT ARM ROLLS??

Ya'll already know my Pillsbury dough girl arms are like my biggest insecurity but ain't no sense in stressing it just gotta put in that work!

Arm rolls are tricky but can definitely be improved with the right exercises. These exercises have given me the most success in this area...now before ya'll get cute...they are still there I know 😆 but they have definitely reduced and I have muscle definition in these areas so it's working!!

I used 10 and 15 pound dumbbells and did 4 sets of 10-12 for everything.
