GOING HARD ON THIS FUPA

The abs on the top are coming in real niceee like (taking their time but they are otw 😆) But this hangtime needs some more work !

A big focus over the next few weeks for me is going to be my abs with a emphasis on the lower ab area so feel free to send me some workouts to add to the regimen!

These have been my go to and have definitely helped the area so don't skip these !

I just used 10 pound dumbells but you can go without or lighter if your prefer

I also did 4 sets till failure which was about 12-15 for everything.

One thing I noticed is the arch in my back which usually doesn't happen but it happened today and I understand why some of you say these hurt your back...you need to make micro adjustments to make sure your back is completely flat to avoid the back pain...and it ain't your booty cus I have one too lol

The stretch at the end is called cobra pose and works great to release some of the tightness in the abs after this workout so try it out and hold for a few breaths!
