Legs on a Tuesday !

Ankles was thriving today so these legs got tapped in to!

The first move I really like because it mimics the leg press in the gym. If you have a foam roller definitely put it to use if you miss the leg press machine! It's a little tricky to set up at first but once you get it right it's do worth it!

The goal today was to really focus on all leg muscles and the glutes and this workout was definitely the one.

I pretty much used my 30 pound dumbbells for the entire workout...minus the calf raises I did 1 round with 5 pounds, one with 10, and two with 15 pounds.

For everything, I did till failure which was like some sets of 8 and some of 15....till failure for me is when my legs are shaking and on those sumo squats it was about 8 😆 🤣 and on the good mornings it was like 15...so really all over the place fr fr

Started the workout with 15 mins yoga and ended with 30 mins cardio!
