Back Roll Workout

Back day ✅️

A big focus on today was the bra roll area so this is great for anyone wanting to reduce that area!

4 sets of 10-12 for everything and the weights ranged from 5-20 pounds today. I always go heavy as possible on back day so I hope that helps you choose your weights lol

You can also do the moves that I am kneeling on, standing up. I just prefer kneeling for a little extra core work and to really focus on the right form to engage my back muscles!
