I WON THIS WEEK !!

LOOK WHO'S NOT ON THE GROUND!!!

Made it through a full week with a real bad flare and still managed to show up everyday!!! A lot of this 💩 is mental fr.

We are really stronger than what we think and some days it's really just mind over matter. I decided a long time ago that arthritis was gonna stop messing up my life...and this week..I won 😃

Again, this was 100% my fault for the overindulgence with sweets but sometimes flares come out of nowhere from some thing as ridiculous as the air pressure lol that's really why you have to be mentally strong with any type of autoimmune disorder bc some days are gonna really suck ! So if you are battling any autoimmune disorder and have fought through the toughest days...ALWAYS celebrate yourself !!

Now to the workout---> 4 sets of 12-15 for everything and I used 5, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells !

This is a really good full body workout and did not take long as all. Definitely a great one to get you in and out while still hitting the full body!
