FLABBY ARMS??
Decided to start incorporating more compound movements to my arm days to give them a little bit more of a push in the same amount of time.
As much as I would love to do more than 30-40 mins weight training and still get my cardio in...it's just not possible with my schedule..I already be pushing it most mornings and getting up earlier is not an option. So by incorporating more compound movements I can do more in the same amount of time.
Obviously I only did a few here but will see about adding more so if you have some definitely send them my way!
I will say the next to last one did feel a little awkward but it was also my first time so I'm sure it will get better over time.
I did 4 sets of 10-12 for everything and the weighrs were 10, 15, and 20 pounds...going the heaviest I could for everything.
Top is another Prozis original! I love the cut of the top but I definitely recommend a sports bra underneath if you care about nips showing 😉 😆
