I will always be a weights kinda girl so I tend to neglect my resistance bands 🤭 but since my content is for people who appreciate home workouts I have to keep in mind everyone doesn't have a weight set at home.
You can still get a great workout in with resistance bands and you can literally find them at most retail box stores for a decent price. I'm pretty sure I've seen them in 5 Below before but if not there definitely your Ross and Marshalls type stores!
They usually come in a set of 4 or 5 and you can take them anywhere which is a plus. I usually take them with me if I am traveling!
This was a pretty solid triceps (and inner arms workout)
I did 4 sets till failure for everything. Just remember to start at a lighter resistance ESPECIALLY if you are new to resistance bands...I highly recommend getting used to the motion first before moving up in resistance!
