My personal focus is on filling out the bottom portion of the glutes.
That means most of my exercises are taking the glutes through a deeper stretch.
Ofc in addition to training,
I make sure to eat at least maintenance calories.
I have a daily protein shake, and creatine gummies from @Legion Supplements to help with recovery
Want me to drop a beginner friendly version of this? Lmk in the comments 🩷

Focusing on the lower portion of the glutes can really transform your overall shape and strength. From my experience, incorporating exercises that take your glutes through a deeper stretch such as hip thrusts, front foot elevated split squats, and Romanian deadlifts (RDLs) makes a significant difference. These moves not only activate the glute muscles more effectively but also help in muscle elongation and growth. Heavy deadlifts and leg extensions also complement the routine well by engaging the glutes along with surrounding muscles for balanced development. I personally like to add abduction machine workouts and step downs to isolate and strengthen the under-glutes further. Beyond the exercises, nutrition plays a key role. Eating at maintenance calories ensures you have enough energy for recovery and muscle building without excess fat gain. Supplementing with a daily protein shake supports muscle repair and growth, while creatine supplements help improve workout performance and recovery time. Legion Supplements’ creatine gummies have been a convenient and effective option for me. Remember, consistency and progressive overload in your workouts combined with proper fueling will yield the best results over time. If you are just starting out, don’t hesitate to ask for beginner-friendly adjustments to these exercises to suit your level. Incorporating rest days and mindful recovery is also essential for healthy muscle development and avoiding injury. Overall, integrating these strategies into your glute training routine can help you fill out the bottom portion of your glutes with strength and shape improvements. Give yourself patience and dedication, and the progress will follow naturally.
