I understand. You have to shut up and be grumpy, that feeling.
However, if you leave it alone, "it's useless to say anyway" will pile up and someday you will stop talking.
Two brain lumps are effective here.
First, turn down the "heart volume" of "I don't care" that rings loudly in your head by one scale without erasing it. Then you can choose words other than "enough."
Second. When I look under my irritation, I realize that the truth is, "I want you to listen properly." It wasn't anger, it was a request.
The important thing is not to end here.
Translate that awareness into the amount you want and say a word on the spot.
I want you to listen to me for 30 seconds.
The moment I could say it, my heart felt lighter. I could say it to myself before it was conveyed.
