I'm not tired, but I'm on fire
People who think they're not tired get angry over trivial things.
This is a natural function of the brain.
Did you buy milk? - - Just one word makes your temples twitch.
I don't even know why I'm so annoyed.
However, if you leave it alone, you will take it out on your loved ones and then fall into an endless loop of self-hatred.
Two brain lumps are effective here.
First, Irritation is not a personality issue but a blinking gas lamp. When fatigue exceeds its limit, the brain warns you in the form of irritation.
Second, instead of blaming yourself, say, "Of course you're tired."
And the important thing is not to end here.
Before hitting it, say the state first. "Sorry, I'm a little relaxed right now."
The moment I say it, my shoulders drop.
Is your "irritation" really because of your personality?
