The answer is: Really higher. ✨
But depending on other factors, whether eating a good diet is beneficial, going to bed before 10: 00 p.m., which is a growth hormone secretion, or even heredity, if the family history is high, there may still be a high chance. 👠 Most women have bones closed when they have menstruation, meaning they can't get higher 🥹, but still some people can get higher.

Our period came in grade 1, we were only 158, not short, but not high, and when we started exercising more from grade 3 onwards, our height reached 168!!!😱 (measured in 2022) looks like when we're skinny, so it looks stretchable too.
It is currently 171 high from the last temple. There are some discrepancies but take the highest one, hahahahaha.
