If I’m being honest, I still struggle with believing I’m worthy of soft, consistent love. After everything I’ve been through, it’s hard to trust that something good won’t slip away too.
Healing doesn’t mean we’ve “arrived.”
It means we’ve become brave enough to name the parts of us still afraid.
This is mine. What’s yours?

Healing is an ongoing process, and I find that being open about my fears has helped me grow. For me, naming the parts of myself that feel unworthy or scared is the first step in building self-awareness and compassion. It's important to remember that healing is not a straight line. There are days when doubt creeps back in, and that's okay. What matters is how we respond with kindness to ourselves and recognize that being 'still healing' does not mean failure, but strength. Sharing these feelings with others, whether in supportive communities or through personal reflection, has made a big difference in my journey. When I see the hashtags like #VulnerabilityIsStrength and #YouAreNotAlone, it reminds me that many of us walk this path together. I encourage anyone else struggling to be gentle with themselves and to speak their truth. Healing out loud and seeking connection can open the way to renewed hope and a deeper belief in being worthy of soft, steady love.
