Additionally, it took patience and consistent effort — healing isn’t overnight. I found support networks and health professionals who also believed in looking beyond symptoms crucial. For anyone struggling, I encourage reaching out for personalized guidance, as seeing results comes from holistic efforts that include but are not limited to medication.
