A facial or use of AHAs for exfoliation during this time helps maintain clear pores. Finally, in the Luteal Phase (Days 17-28), your skin might experience irritations. Incorporating calming products like niacinamide and anti-inflammatory serums can help soothe your complexion, while gentle cleansers and clay masks can control excess oil, ensuring that your skin remains balanced and healthy throughout your cycle.
