It’s enough to feel satisfied without overdoing it on calories. Remember, these are "healthy carbs meal" options because we're balancing them with plenty of protein and veggies! The beauty of these "simple weight loss meals" is how easy they are to prep. I’m all about saving time during the week! For example, I often do a big batch of rice or quinoa on Sunday. When it comes to proteins, I’ll marinate my beef, chicken thigh, or shrimp the night before, so they’re ready to cook quickly. Blanching asparagus or chopping broccoli and mushrooms ahead of time makes assembly a breeze.
