Day 2 ✔️
🌸meals: another Greek yogurt bowl for breakfast (these are my fav) 2 snacks today instead of a full lunch - little sushi roll with edamame for my first snack and cottage cheese with apple and sprinkle of cinnamon for my second. Dinner my husband made a tasty ribeye roast on the smoker that I had with green beans, cucumber and a yam
🌸exercise: First workout - Mat pilates/HIIT (this has been my go to workout lately) Second workout - outdoor walk with my kids so it was a bit slower pace (if you have a toddler you know 😅) but still hit my step goal 👍🏻
🌸finished my 3 litres of water and read a couple chapters before bed
