I’m so thankful to work for a hopsital system that cherishes their CNA’s & (at least when I worked as a CNA) paid fairly - but so so so many other hospitals do not. Ceritfied Nursing Assistants are exceptional at what they do, and I could not (and would not want to) do my job without them. #creator
