2 sticks of butter
1 cup packed brown sugar (plus more for sprinkling)
3/4 cup white sugar
Cinnamon (measure with your heart)
1/4 cup whole milk or heavy cream
Pinch of salt
Mini marshmallows (optional)
Peel and slice sweet potatoes & line up in baking dish
On the stove melt 1.5 sticks of butter white & brown sugars & salt - keep mixing until filly melted and bubbly!
Pour evenly over potatoes & then pour the milk or cream on top
Cut the remaining ½ stick up butter and place on top
Baked covered at 400 for 1 hour
After an hour uncover sprinkle with more brown sugar and cook for another half hour
Once thats finished add marshmallows if desired and bake for another few minutes
