⚪ 4–6 tbsp corn starch

🧄 Fresh garlic

🥢 Soy sauce

🍬 Brown sugar

🍯🐻 1 whole honey bear

🌶️🛢️ Garlic chili crunch oil

🌿 Parsley (optional)

🛢️ Oil for frying

🥣 MARINADE

Buttermilk or milk + vinegar, hot sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder

Marinate 30 min minimum (I did 2 hours)

Flour + corn starch + salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder

(About 1–2 tbsp each seasoning)

1½ sticks butter

1½ cups soy sauce

6–8 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup brown sugar

Whole honey bear

Garlic chili crunch oil (measure with your heart)

Hot sauce optional
